POCT with Arc Signal Technology and Verified Top 10 Safety Standards

Technical Features: Arc Signal-Based POCT
  1. Protects a friendly home environment and prevents nuisance leakage risks.

  2. Delivers the core value of circuit breakers by providing an early warning 1 millisecond before tripping, enabling inspection, repair, and maintenance to protect equipment from damage.

  3. In the event of natural disasters, human errors, or hacker attacks causing short circuits, the CB can be triggered within 1ms and power disconnected within 1HZ (<16.6ms), simultaneously isolating fault points and maintaining grid stability without disruption.

  4. Utilizing arc signals, POCT offers online monitoring, logical judgment, and seamless control—a reliable and high-efficiency three-in-one safety system for insulation status and environmental management.

  5. Ensures the Earth is safeguarded against electric shock, electrocution, death, or hazards such as arcs (lines) grounding, fire, short circuits, battery explosions, and pollution caused by leakage currents.


Ten Technical Standard Verifications
  1. 60Hz AC power safety lifecycle duration: 1HZ = 16.6ms, based on electrical principles.

  2. CB opening safety time: < 1HZ (16.6ms), per manual.

  3. Three-phase asynchronous difference less than < 2.8ms, per maintenance manual.

  4. IEEE344: Environmental seismic resistance and short-circuit reliability withstand at least 1.8G (2018).

  5. IEEE693: Verification of fuse-blown time for non-automatic CB devices. IEEE Xrple (2024).
    Items 1–5 are standard values; 6–10 are system safety values.

  6. CNS.4734 2.3.15: CB startup time verification < 2.8ms (CNS.ANSI.1979). (No power source 64 ground relay). IEC13849-1.

  7. Short-circuit arc (50) signal system trip time verification: 10x rated current. IEC61508. < 1HZ.

  8. POCT + CB system trip testing must be less than < 1HZ.

  9. Manual CB trip: Three-phase asynchronous difference must not exceed > 2.8ms.

  10. CB electric trip test must not exceed > 1HZ.
